When you eat dairy products like milk and yoghurt, do you choose the full-fat or the low-fat versions? Why?

When I started dieting I would always choose the low-fat versions because I thought that's what I needed to do in order to lose weight. Once I started the maintenance portion of my diet I found that as long as I continued to control my portion size I could still enjoy the full-fat versions from time to time.

As long as they don't contain nasty additives I will opt for the low-fat versions, however, if there are additives I prefer to go full-fat. Like goldfshgrl, I just use less of it.

I use low-fat milk in things like baking and in my coffee, but when it comes to cheese I use the full-fat versions. They taste better so I don't have to eat as much of it to feel satisfied.
