How often should I be weighing in?

I'm just curious...since you guys have met your weight loss goal, how often do you weigh yourselves? Once per day? Once a week?

I still weigh myself every day but I only count one weigh in per week because your body will fluctuate no matter what you do. If you track your results once a week then you'll have a much better indication of how you're really doing without getting thrown off by a particularly "bad" or "good" day.

I agree with the once a week rule. Too many emotional ups and downs when I do it more often which leads to's a vicious cycle.
