What about chafing?

I am obese and carry a lot of weight in my lower body. I have recently started exercising by going for long walks 5 days a week. I am starting to get a lot of chafing between my thighs. I really don't want this to get in the way of exercising as I am really committed to my current weight loss plan. I could really use some help here

Good for you for being so dedicated to your goal! I am also obese and I know what a mental and physical challenge it is to commit to an exercise program. There are a few things you can try to ease the chafing. Gold Bond and Monistat have chafing gels that work well. You should be able to find them in the feminine care section of your local pharmacy.

Try rolling some deoderant over the affected areas. It works wonders

If you have a chafing issue, then cornstarch is your friend
