Marshmallow Peanut Butter Squares
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup butter
2 (6 ounce) packages butterscotch chips
1 large package miniature colored marshmallows

1. Put the peanut butter, butter and butterscotch chips in a heavy-bottomed saucepan and cook over low heat until melted and well combined. Let cool.
2. Add marshmallows, and put into a buttered 8-inch square pan. Store in refrigerator.

Boy, do these bring back memories! Whenever my mom would make them my friends and I would always sneak an extra helping. Delicious and SO easy to make.

Make sure you let the mixture cool before adding the marshmallows or they will melt straight into the mixture. Still tastes good, just doesn't look as cute when you cut them into squares.
